Creating your special keepsake is a personal process, and I’ll be here to guide you every step of the way.
1. Choose your jewellery
Browse the collection, choose the piece you love and add it to your cart.
2. Make it yours
Once your jewellery is in your cart, you’ll be able to choose your preferred resin colour, along with any opal or glitter options you’d like to add.
3. Tell me your story
There’s an ‘add note’ section at the end where you can tell me a little more about the person, pet or precious memory behind your keepsake. I genuinely love getting to know the story behind every piece I create.
4. Receive your collection pack
Once your order has been placed, I’ll send a collection pack to you in the post with everything you need to safely send your inclusions to me.
5. Safe arrival confirmation
As soon as your inclusions arrive with me, I’ll send you confirmation so you know they have been received safely.
6. Your keepsake is created
I’ll carefully begin creating your jewellery and will let you know when your special piece is ready. If you have chosen a personalised creation video, this will be sent to you while you wait for your jewellery to arrive.
7. Beautifully packaged & returned to you
Your finished jewellery will be carefully and beautifully packaged ready for its journey home. You’ll also receive jewellery care instructions, along with any unused hair, ashes or breastmilk, returned safely to you.
